As part of our commitment to each client, our team connects with local professionals and we recommend support services and providers, as needed. These can services include: Clinical therapy using a variety of treatment modalities; family and couples counseling; therapy groups and addiction classes; nutrition and wellness; stress management; life coaching; mind-body therapies; neurofeedback, hypnosis; and physical training/exercise. All clients receive an introduction to nutritional eating and wellness through group discussions with a registered dietitian and nutritional cooking classes. Mindfulness and recovery yoga are also offered regularly on site.
As part of our community, clients participate in morning sober house meetings Monday through Friday, join recovery fellowships, and be a part of our social events, like our weekly BBQ and bowling nights. Clients also learn life skills through one on one coaching and fun events, like cooking classes with a private chef!
